Columbia Business School’s Executive Education program needed a flexible way to track students, sponsors, faculty and curriculum across 60+ offerings, personalize programs to meet executive needs, and keep a highly mobile sales team connected while simplifying online enrollment and billing.
By implementing Sales Cloud, App Cloud, ExactTarget Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce1 Mobile App, the school centralized data, surfaced course content and pricing on its site, automated billing and payments, and ran targeted marketing campaigns. The result: more data-driven program design, focused and self-sufficient sales efforts with real-time mobile access, faster proposal development, streamlined accounting, and stronger ongoing student engagement.
