The customer, Junior Achievement of Central Ontario, aimed to expand its reach and impact in educating youth on financial literacy. They partnered with the vendor Salesforce for Nonprofits and initially used the Salesforce platform through the Power of Us Program for registration and fundraising needs.

The solution implemented by Salesforce for Nonprofits expanded to include volunteer recruitment and donor management, leveraging products like Sales Cloud. The results were significant, generating over 11,600 volunteer hours and more than $85,000 in grants. The partnership grew into a global initiative, with hundreds of Salesforce employees volunteering.
