NYU Wagner makes the grade with the Sales Cloud

NYU Wagner, the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU, needed a unified, easy-to-maintain platform to consolidate contact records, coordinate external communications, streamline workflows, implement an events RSVP system integrated with wagner.nyu.edu, and manage fellowship and program applications across diverse school units.

Wagner selected Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com, enabling consolidation of more than 45,000 contacts, a custom event-management tool that publishes RSVP forms to the website and auto-captures attendance, and bespoke apps for office/equipment management, proposals, and applications. The cloud solution removed infrastructure overhead for Wagner’s small IT team and delivered real-time metrics, improved collaboration, more targeted marketing by revealing multiple relationships, and faster, better-informed planning and decision making.
