Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV Madrid) is an international university of about 12,500 students focused on developing well-rounded professionals. UFV faced fragmented technology and siloed data—11 different CRMs across faculties and departments—resulting in disconnected student records, inconsistent experiences and limited collaboration. To drive a cohesive digital transformation they created a dedicated digital evolution office to unify student information and processes.

UFV implemented Salesforce Education Cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, EDA) with an applicant portal, centralized student profiles, and marketing automation so recruiters, advisors and degree directors see real-time, contextual information. The platform delivered a unified view of applicants, personalized engagement, streamlined admissions workflows, faster cross-team collaboration and operational efficiencies since going live in 2019, with plans to add LMS integration to further enrich student records.
