Little Kids Rock is a national nonprofit that brings instruments, curriculum, and teacher training to public schools to expand music education. As the organization grew from a small team into a multi-city program, its mix of spreadsheets, web forms, paper files, and email made it hard to track donors, manage programs, and scale effectively.
By standardizing on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) LKR unified donor and program data, built a teacher portal for instrument orders and assessments, and automated workflows and reporting. The platform saved thousands of staff hours, improved real-time decision-making and donor communications, helped raise more than $4.5M, and supported growth to 1,600+ teachers and nearly 250,000 students across 30+ cities.
