By consolidating donor data on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce1), Terre des Hommes enabled collaborative fundraising, streamlined donor service, and launched personalized marketing journeys and A/B testing. The change made customer service faster and more consistent, improved campaign visibility, and significantly boosted results: donor retention rose from 8% to 30% (tripling), click‑through rates improved by 5%, and overall fundraising income increased.
