International Baccalaureate creates a community of world-class IB schools and educators within Salesforce

International Baccalaureate (IB) is a global education organization that develops and authorizes high-quality academic programmes for schools worldwide. With centres across three continents, IB faced challenges in ensuring consistent programme delivery: a fragmented authorisation process, multiple systems holding duplicate data, and limited ability to extract insights or track educator activity.

IB implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud to create MySchool and IBEN Central (accessed via a MyIB single sign-on), consolidating records into a single source of truth and giving field teams mobile access. MySchool now handles communications for roughly 400 recent applicant schools and IBEN Central serves 5,000+ educators (with scope to reach 30,000 users), enabling streamlined authorisation, better visibility of educator activity, automated workflows, and the analytics needed for predictive forecasting and scalable programme growth.
