International Art Center deSingel improves planning and operations with Salesforce

deSingel is an Antwerp-based arts centre that stages around 300 performances a year across eight auditoriums. Faced with complex production logistics, fragmented information (more than 100 separate sources), and rising visitor numbers, the organisation needed to reduce administrative overhead, improve visibility into bookings and technical resources, and free up budget for artistic programming.

deSingel built a suite of apps on the Salesforce platform (App Cloud, Heroku and Marketing Cloud) to centralise bookings, allocate staff and equipment, and automate website content and ticketing status in real time. The integrated solution consolidated historical and future booking data, removed duplicate data entry, improved resource planning and boosted ticket-sale visibility — reducing admin costs, increasing operational efficiency and allowing the centre to redirect more resources toward productions and audience engagement.
