Stemettes, a UK-based nonprofit focused on inspiring girls to pursue STEM education and careers, faced the challenge of addressing the low representation of women in UK STEM jobs. Working with Salesforce for Nonprofits, using Sales Cloud, the organization sought support to expand its mission and create more pathways for young girls into technology and entrepreneurship.

Salesforce for Nonprofits partnered with Stemettes through a $200,000 grant to launch the Outbox Incubator, a program offering mentorship and financial support to girls ages 11 to 22. In its first summer alone, the initiative was set to provide seed funding, intensive mentoring, and ongoing support to more than 270 girls, backed by over 175 volunteer hours and $240,000+ in grants.
