Impact Hub brings locally rooted global network closer together with Salesforce

Impact Hub is a global network of 100+ locally rooted hubs in 60+ countries that supports social entrepreneurs through co‑working, incubation and events. Rapid growth (16,000 members, 10–12 new cities a year) left its 1,400 staff and community reliant on email and manual processes, making it hard to connect members, run simultaneous events, and surface the right expertise across regions.

Impact Hub deployed Salesforce (Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Premier Support) with partner Vera Solutions to provide Chatter, global search and event coordination tools. The platform enabled faster, borderless connections, supported 300 events across 40 cities, and scaled to 15 locations/2,000 users with plans for 37 locations/5,000 users; it also improved CRM/data for sales and impact measurement and helped surface collaborations like Evrnu and SkyEye to advance sustainability goals.
