Immigration Equality is a 25‑year‑old nonprofit that advocates for LGBTQ and HIV‑positive immigrants, providing legal services, policy advocacy, and litigation. With a fundraising team of three running as many as 50 giving campaigns a year, the organization lacked visibility into donor journeys, needed better cross‑department communication for remote work, and required full Salesforce integration to streamline donation tracking and analytics.
To address this, Immigration Equality adopted Stripe and Salesforce.org Elevate (Payment Services and Giving Pages) integrated with its Nonprofit Success Pack, plus Salesforce Surveys for donor insight and segmentation. The team launched 11 Giving Pages in the first three months, raising roughly $48,000, cut at least two hours a month in data reconciliation, and gained end‑to‑end donor visibility—enabling faster, customized campaigns, better ROI tracking, and more time focused on donors and mission work.
