IHM Business School, a Swedish higher-education provider with about 2,500 students across Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö, set out to modernize its learning experience and operations. The school faced fragmented systems and datasets that limited visibility and agility across sales, course administration, teacher assignments and student records, and needed a single platform to unify processes, improve efficiency and future‑proof education delivery.

IHM implemented Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter, AppExchange and mobile) to centralize operations, automate lead routing and student record creation, and build self‑service student and teacher communities. The solution cut manual reporting time (an estimated €50,000 annual saving), reduced phone support, improved collaboration and matching of teachers to courses, enabled personalized marketing journeys and freed staff to support more students—resulting in faster processes, happier users and a better, more scalable learning experience.
