The Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) is the national charity supporting people with dementia and their carers across every county, delivering nearly one million hours of care each year through day centres, home and respite services. Facing growing demand, a funding model reliant on HSE grants, and slow, paper-based processes that reduced staff efficiency, ASI needed to maximise resources so the vast majority of donations could be spent on direct care while improving response times for helpline calls, incidents and advocacy work.
By rolling out Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot) organization-wide and building custom apps, ASI digitized invoicing (reducing processing from up to four weeks to 24 hours), centralized donor and campaign data, captured frontline service and incident reports for safety insights, and sped HR reporting (from four days to three hours). The outcome is stronger operational visibility, more targeted fundraising and campaigning, faster service delivery, and more than 90% of funds directed to frontline care.
