EMD Business School, a “people first” institution, was struggling to maintain personalized student services as enrollments grew and operations remained on paper and spreadsheets. EMD implemented Salesforce.org Education Cloud (Sales Cloud, HEDA, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Pardot and AppExchange partners) to centralize SIS, admissions, scholarships, financial aid, marketing, payments and other campus systems. The result is a single 360-degree view of each student, automated processes and marketing journeys, faster career placements and fundraising, reduced admin overhead, and measurable gains in student engagement and success — with further rollout of advisor tools, surveys and integrations planned.
