Cristo Rey Network is a national network of private high schools that uses a Corporate Work Study model—students work one day a week at corporate partners to help cover most of their tuition. Managing placements, daily timecards, performance ratings and compliance documents across autonomous schools had been handled in spreadsheets and emails, creating inconsistent processes, poor institutional memory, and no reliable national visibility or reporting.
Cristo Rey implemented Salesforce (Sales Cloud and the Nonprofit Success Pack), piloting and then scaling a centralized system to track students, timesheets, supervisor feedback and partner relationships—accessible on mobile. The platform standardized timecards and ratings, improved communication and transparency, gave the national office actionable data for matching students with jobs, and created long‑term process efficiencies and sustainability across the network.
