YWAM Townsville (Youth With A Mission) runs medical ships, accredited leadership training, and community programs across the region, relying on donations and volunteers to serve impoverished communities. Their challenge was inefficient recruitment and marketing: traditional campaigns produced about 100 leads but only ~20 qualified trainees, costing time and limiting program growth.

By adopting Sales Cloud, Pardot and the Salesforce1 Mobile App—plus integrated AppExchange tools—YWAM automated campaign workflows, improved lead qualification and managed outreach on the go.
