Ayuda en Acción Ramps up Regional Fundraising with Nonprofit Success Pack

Ayuda en Acción is an international development agency based in Madrid working in 21 countries on health, education, women’s rights, local economic development and emergency response. After decentralising fundraising to give regional offices in Latin America more autonomy, the organisation needed an easy-to-use, scalable platform tailored to nonprofits to support regional fundraising, constituent engagement and a broader digital transformation.

Ayuda en Acción implemented Salesforce.org’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), consolidating donor and donation data, tracking pledges at the project level, and keeping single contact records for donors, volunteers and sponsors. Integrated offline data capture and Mailchimp sync enable field impact reporting and sponsor communications, while NPSP’s reporting lets regional teams run forecasts and fundraising analysis independently of HQ. The system is being expanded into a global data hub with plans for Service Cloud and grantmaking migration.
