Anti-Defamation League Advancing Impact with Salesforce

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is a 105-year-old civil rights organization that combats hate and protects civil rights, operating with 350 staff across 26 offices worldwide. Although ADL collected substantial data, it lacked a centralized, scalable system to manage fundraising, program, and research information, making it difficult to track incidents, tell the country-wide story of hate, and deploy resources where they were most needed.

ADL implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud to build a centralized Incident Reporting System that captures diverse reports, automates case creation and routing, and provides dashboards and reports. As a result, ADL can now drill into incident trends and hotspots, allocate resources more effectively, report impact with clear analytics, rapidly prototype multilingual tools for international use, and focus technology on solving real-world problems.
