African Leadership University (ALU) is a Pan‑African start‑up university founded in 2015 with the mission of educating millions of Africa’s future leaders. Rapid growth and a patchwork of siloed systems across recruitment, admissions and student records created slow admissions, poor onboarding for international students, weak real‑time communication and compliance challenges that threatened ALU’s ability to scale.
