Ash Footwear, an independent footwear brand, wanted to strengthen its eCommerce strategy and increase conversion rates. To achieve this, the company sought to explore new solutions and partnered with Salesfire to enhance the on-site customer journey with a focus on boosting average order value.
Salesfire implemented its behavioural Overlay technology on the Ash Footwear site. This included displaying prompts that encouraged customers to spend more to qualify for free delivery, significantly increasing the average order value and delivering a 99:1 return on investment for Ash Footwear. Furthermore, Salesfire’s Overlays were used to build high-quality email subscriber lists. Overall, the strategies influenced 5.4% of all orders on the site.
