Aermec, an international air conditioning firm, needed a simpler way to manage its Canadian sales process along with equipment design, installation, spare parts, and specification details. After comparing Microsoft Dynamics with SalesChoice, the company chose a custom version of SalesChoice CRM that would let its team keep needed project and contract information without forcing sales staff to enter unnecessary data.

SalesChoice implemented a streamlined CRM for Aermec by removing nearly half of the unused fields and adding custom fields for quote dates, PO numbers, attached quote/PO documents, and key contact roles such as billing, contractor, and delivery contacts. The solution also automated daily to-do lists for reps, helping SalesChoice deliver a more user-friendly system that improved organization and tracking across the sales and project lifecycle.
