The beverage company Orangina faced a challenge in reducing the daily administrative time for its 220 sales reps, which was limiting their capacity for customer visits. They partnered with the vendor Salesapps to implement a sales enablement solution with the goal of increasing both the time spent with customers and the use of marketing materials.
The solution from Salesapps was co-constructed with the sales teams to ensure it was adapted to their needs. Following the successful deployment, Salesapps also implemented its Insta-pro module to further increase interaction and capitalize on field feedback. The measurable result was a significant reduction in administrative tasks, freeing up an estimated 3,000 extra customer visits per year for the entire sales force.
