Atlantic - Customer Case Study

The customer, Atlantic, a European leader in thermal comfort, needed a sales enablement solution to enhance and centralize content for its sales reps. Their challenge was adapting their sales pitch and process for a wide range of different customer types. They partnered with the vendor Salesapps to implement its digital sales book application to meet this need.

Salesapps co-constructed the application's tree structure with Atlantic's marketing department and sales reps, ensuring it met field needs and was quickly adopted. The solution provided multiple KPIs to drive the business, including adoption rates, content usage, and customer engagement data. The application was later connected to Salesforce, enriching the CRM with appointment data and reducing the administrative load for the sales force.
