IdearIdeas is a marketing, design and interior design agency specializing in the building materials sector, working for manufacturers and distributors (notably in ceramics). They struggled with fragmented, manual product information workflows—clients sent updates irregularly, files lived in shared folders, and compiling content for websites, catalogs and other supports consumed large amounts of unproductive time and introduced frequent errors. Sales Layer connected clients’ ERPs, helped define per-client data structures, analyzed data quality, and partially automated catalog generation and website/app maintenance, removing much of the manual follow‑up. As a result, Sales Layer enabled IdearIdeas to improve efficiency in omnichannel product content management, cut time spent on low- or no-value tasks, and reduce gaps and errors—raising customer perception and streamlining ongoing maintenance.
