Improve your digital brand image with centralized product information

Salvador Escoda, a B2B distributor founded in 1974 with offices in Barcelona, Valencia and Sevilla, faced a major digitalization challenge: product information was trapped in a transactional ERP, unstructured across ~70,000 product references (and ~100,000 SKUs), and manual processes — including a failed DAM trial — made it impossible to connect assets, descriptions and SKUs or keep export and multi-channel distribution scenarios up to date. The company needed a centralized, reliable system to digitize and standardize its complex catalog for mobile use, exports and client-facing materials.

Salvador Escoda implemented Sales Layer’s PIM to centralize and automate management of more than 70,000 products using preconfigured connectors and hands-on Customer Service support during integration. As a result, workflows are faster and simpler, errors and omissions are routinely detected and corrected, product data is enriched, the design team’s efficiency has improved, and the company’s digital brand image has been enhanced — enabling a new industry-leading product search engine and enriched content for events and trade shows.
