How Fermax used PIM to transform their product information strategy

Fermax, a leading manufacturer of audio and video door entry and access control systems with distribution in more than 70 countries, faced fragmented product information across ERP, website, shared folders and OneNote. To support its digital transformation and simplify data management, Fermax engaged Sales Layer and adopted the Sales Layer PIM to centralize commercial and technical product content.

Sales Layer implemented a centralized PIM integrated with Magnolia CMS and Fermax’s ERP, enabled BMECat exports, PDF data-sheet generation via the Easy Catalog connector, custom product URLs and automated exports.
