SaleCycle implemented an intelligent cross-channel campaign featuring urgency-driven on-site messages and personalized cart abandonment emails. The campaign drove more than a 15% increase in online sales, with 9% of users who clicked on the on-site messages going on to purchase and over 10% responding to the emails, generating an average order value of around $320 per email sent.
