The company worked with SaleCycle to create a cart recovery email program that could re-engage shoppers in real time and support its premium customer experience.

SaleCycle implemented an abandonment email strategy using its algorithm and product monitoring to send personalized upsell and cross-sell recommendations based on items left in the cart. The results were strong, with online sales increasing by over 4%, revenue per email sent exceeding $13, and average order value more than 30% higher than direct purchases.
