SaleCycle implemented a basket abandonment email campaign sent two hours after abandonment, with personalized product content, clear calls to action, and a gentle, brand-aligned tone. The results were strong: 57% of customers opened the emails, the click-through rate reached 14%, and purchases from abandoned-cart emails had an average order value 65% higher than Cath Kidston’s direct sales.
