AirArabia’s Remarketing campaign has increased online sales by more than 8%

Air Arabia, the Middle East airline serving millions of passengers across 88 destinations, faced a major booking abandonment challenge, with around 91% of potential customers leaving before completing a reservation. To address this, Air Arabia partnered with SaleCycle to reconnect with abandoners using cross-channel remarketing, including on-site messaging and personalized email follow-up.

SaleCycle implemented an urgent on-site remarketing message showing how many people were viewing the same flight, plus personalized remarketing emails that saved booking details and guided customers back to checkout. The campaign delivered strong results for Air Arabia, increasing online sales by over 8%, with more than 7% of on-site clickers converting and over a third of email recipients engaging with the messages.
