Salad Creative partnered with Mitchells & Butlers to address a challenge faced by their Castle Pubs division. The customer needed a digital solution to streamline the complex menu creation process across its 100+ individual pubs, which each maintained autonomy but required oversight from head office to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Salad developed a bespoke web app using Laravel and Vue.js that provided a UX-first, interactive menu builder for pub chefs while allowing head office to set rules and monitor compliance. The solution delivered significant time and cost savings, enabling pubs to easily produce and publish over 11 unique menus. Salad's app was an instant success, leading to incredibly positive feedback and contributing to growth in food sales.
