SailPoint Technologies helped Specsavers automate provisioning and deprovisioning, centralize identity management, and improve governance through access certifications and AI-driven capabilities. The results included recovering 2,000 Microsoft 365 licenses, reducing manual ServiceNow ticketing, improving compliance and security, and creating a clearer operating model that supports global scale for roughly 45,000 employees.
