Solvay, the Belgian chemicals company, needed to replace an outdated and highly customized legacy identity and access management system that had become difficult to maintain and support. The impact was significant: employee onboarding dropped from as long as four weeks to as little as four hours, and Solvay was able to onboard 90 new US employees in one day.
