Quad Graphics, a global leader in print and media with 40+ facilities worldwide, needed an identity solution after recent acquisitions to consolidate accounts, meet growing audit/compliance demands, and scale quickly as the business expanded.

Working with Optiv, Quad deployed SailPoint IdentityIQ in phases to create a centralized view of accounts and automate the user lifecycle—birthright provisioning, password management, joiner‑mover‑leaver processes, access requests and reviews. The team onboarded about 100 applications, automated over 50 quarterly access reviews, and implemented controls like MFA and inactivity disables, resulting in a scalable centralized identity program that sped up provisioning, saved time, reduced risk, and improved compliance.
