A SailPoint Technologies Case Study
Orizon is a Brazilian health-technology leader that processes 150 million transactions a year and manages records for some 13 million patients across authorization, billing and benefits networks for 43 insurers. Faced with over 1,100 users needing access to more than 50 systems and with Brazil’s LGPD and stricter audit requirements approaching, Orizon needed to centralize, individualize and document identity and access management while integrating with legacy systems.
Orizon implemented SailPoint with implementation partners (Cherokee and Netbr) to automate lifecycle provisioning, build connectors to legacy systems and enforce role-based access governance. The rollout cut service-desk calls by 10% so far (projected 30%), reduced average access provisioning from about one week to under one hour, drove an 80% drop in identity-related operating errors, and centralized documented controls to improve security and compliance.
