Central Bank needed a better way to manage access across hundreds of systems and data sources while meeting strict compliance, audit, and security requirements. Its existing identity governance was fragmented and heavily manual, with access often handled through help desk processes and no centralized view of risk or lifecycle management.

SailPoint Technologies implemented a centralized identity security platform to automate provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, recertification, separation of duties, and audit capabilities across the bank’s environment. The solution has now been integrated with more than 350 systems, raised access review completion from under 50% to at least 95%, improved application removal tracking to 95%, enabled new-employee access before day one, and delivered all of this without adding staff.
