SailPoint Technologies implemented automated global provisioning and deprovisioning workflows that integrated with AES’s existing systems, standardizing onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors, and contingent workers. The results were significant: AES reduced user onboarding from several days to under 4 hours on average, validated 100% of contractors globally, and integrated 40 critical applications, improving security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
