Abeille Assurances needed to rapidly internalize cybersecurity operations after its takeover and simplify identity and access management across the organization. The IT team wanted to move away from Excel files and internal tools for recertifications, improve the user experience, and automate joiners, movers, and leavers processes. To meet these goals, Abeille Assurances worked with SailPoint Technologies and adopted SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud as a SaaS identity solution.

SailPoint Technologies helped Abeille Assurances deploy the platform in less than a year, streamline recertifications into a single planned month, and automate access provisioning and internal mobility workflows. The results included reducing access setup time from five to ten days to just one or two days, saving up to 1.5 FTEs per year through Active Directory integration, and connecting 70% of applications with 60 already fully deployed in SailPoint. The solution also improved security and traceability, with less than 2% error rate and most issues resolved within 24 hours.
