GXS Bank, a digital bank in Singapore, needed an identity security platform that could fit its cloud-native environment without heavy infrastructure effort, while also automating its joiner-mover-leaver identity lifecycle processes. The bank wanted to improve cybersecurity and technology risk management while supporting a better experience for new joiners and other employees.
Using SailPoint Technologies and its SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IDN), GXS Bank implemented a fully automated JML process with provisioning, access revocation, and continuous monitoring. SailPoint Technologies helped the bank integrate with all systems in 16 months, support 1,000 active identities, grant Day 1 access automatically, and reduce manual requests while improving visibility into risky access rights and preventing unauthorized access.
