Groupe Rocher streamlines its identity security with unified solution in six months

Groupe Rocher, a global retail group with 13,500+ employees and eight brands, needed to replace aging identity security tools and standardize fragmented processes on a single SaaS platform within six months and on budget. The company selected SailPoint Technologies and its Identity Security Cloud, working with integrator partner I-Tracing to unify identity security across its environment.

SailPoint Technologies implemented the solution using an Agile, three-sprint approach covering HR source integration, lifecycle management, provisioning for Active Directory, Office 365 and business apps, plus workflows and reporting. The project managed 25,000 identities, added seven new sources and 70 roles, supported 5,000 movements, and reduced access creation time to under one hour, giving Groupe Rocher a more standardized and intuitive platform.
