SailPoint Technologies replaced the outdated system with a modern, API-first identity security solution integrated with MuleSoft for real-time provisioning. The result was stronger security, clearer visibility, cleaner deprovisioning, and self-service password resets, along with measurable scale: 145,210 identities managed, 30,751 password resets completed, and over 1 million account updates per month across 14 identity sources.
