Idealpos builds iOS and Android mobile apps with Saigon Technology

The customer, Idealpos, required a mobile application to enhance staff communication and customer service. They partnered with the vendor, Saigon Technology, to build a feature-rich social app for iOS and Android. The project required complex functionalities like social logins, media uploads, location-based friend search, in-app chat, and Facebook ads integration.

Saigon Technology developed the solution using ASP.NET and React Native, but faced challenges with incompatible SDKs and App Store requirements. Their team adapted the Facebook and Quickblox SDKs to work with React Native and built a separate admin application for content management. This allowed Saigon Technology to successfully deliver the mobile applications, meeting the client's needs for improved internal communication and service.
