USTRANSCOM launches ServiceNow in a few months with SAIC

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) required a modern, resilient IT backbone to streamline its global logistics and enhance mission command effectiveness. To meet growing operational demands and eliminate delays, USTRANSCOM turned to vendor SAIC under the Management Information Technology Services (MITS) program for IT modernization and process automation.

SAIC rapidly implemented ServiceNow, making it fully operational within a few months and delivering licenses in days. This deployment automated workflows and streamlined service delivery. In parallel, SAIC established the Permanent Change of Station Joint Task Force, configuring a call center and nearly 100 systems in a week, a process that typically takes months. As a result, SAIC enabled USTRANSCOM’s IT environment to operate with greater speed, precision, and resilience, allowing personnel to focus on their global mobility mission.
