Clariant, a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Muttenz, Switzerland with about 20,000 employees and revenues above CHF 6 billion, needed to replace a spreadsheet-based approach to internal controls to ensure compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and to centralize documentation and supervision of control processes across its many affiliates.
