Case Study: Kraft Heinz achieves effective ethics & compliance training for deskless manufacturing workers with SAI360 Offline Learning

A SAI360 Case Study

Preview of the Kraft Heinz Case Study

Increasing Training Effectiveness for all Learners

Kraft Heinz, a global food manufacturer, faced a training gap: while office employees completed core ethics and compliance courses online, about 12,000 manufacturing (deskless) workers had limited access and engagement with the company’s Whistleblowing: Managing Questions and Concerns training (alongside ~18,000 online learners). Leaders sought a way to deliver role-appropriate, flexible training that fit production schedules and resonated with plant workers.

Partnering with SAI360, Kraft Heinz deployed customized Offline Learning materials — a branded, editable PowerPoint broken into short, plant-relevant modules with manufacturing imagery and translation-ready content. The solution saved development time and cost, improved accessibility and engagement for deskless employees, and is rolling out globally to enable completion tracking, benchmarking, and a more inclusive, continuous-learning culture.
