Leaders sought a way to deliver role-appropriate, flexible training that fit production schedules and resonated with plant workers.
Partnering with SAI360, Kraft Heinz deployed customized Offline Learning materials — a branded, editable PowerPoint broken into short, plant-relevant modules with manufacturing imagery and translation-ready content. The solution saved development time and cost, improved accessibility and engagement for deskless employees, and is rolling out globally to enable completion tracking, benchmarking, and a more inclusive, continuous-learning culture.
