Imerys Group Sets DE&I Learning Foundation for All Connected Employees

Imerys, a Paris‑based leader in mineral‑based specialties with 14,000 employees across 40 countries, made Diversity, Equity & Inclusion a core strategic priority and launched its first three‑year D&I program in 2020. The challenge was to provide global, foundational DE&I learning that was short, virtual, customizable and available in multiple languages to reach a dispersed workforce and support a broader change program.

Imerys selected SAI360 Learning and rolled out two core courses—Anti‑Discrimination and Unconscious Bias—to 11,000 connected employees (initially in eight languages), integrating content into its LMS and leveraging about 200 DE&I ambassadors and a steering committee. Feedback was excellent, the first cycle established a strong DE&I learning foundation, and Imerys has defined its 2023–2025 learning pathway with training now available to all employees, new hires and as ongoing refreshers.
