ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation with about 105,000 employees, needed to move beyond a traditional “push” compliance model after a 2022 coordinated settlement and a period of enhanced self‑reporting. The company sought to shift culture from checkbox training to behavior change, increase employee engagement worldwide, and produce reliable metrics to demonstrate commitment to integrity to regulators.
Working with SAI360, ABB launched an Integrity Awareness Portal in 2022 — a “Netflix”‑style, multi‑language, mobile-friendly platform featuring personalized playlists, micro‑learnings and linked Code of Conduct content. Rolled out in six months, the portal now engages tens of thousands of users, houses 120 assets, and provides real‑time analytics and dashboards that improved learning uptake, managerial oversight and ABB’s ability to report on and sustain a stronger culture of integrity.
