Teva Pharmaceutical, a global drugmaker with ~43,000 employees, faced an ethics-and-compliance training program that was generic, text-heavy and delivered as a once‑a‑year burden. Seeking more relevant, engaging and culturally tailored learning for employees in 22 languages, Teva’s compliance team ran an RFP and selected SAI Global to help redesign its curriculum using a campaign-based ethics and compliance training approach.
SAI Global built an interactive, campaign-style program—branded “Our Way of Life (OWL)”—that delivers three staggered learning experiences per year (45–60 minutes each, ~3 hours annually), micro-communications, role‑risk customization for new hires, and ongoing collaboration with Teva. The results: completion rates jumped from 25% early in rollout to 75–85% without follow-up (a >300% improvement), faster, more focused training, higher engagement and proactive employee inquiries—outcomes Teva credits to its partnership with SAI Global.
