SRA International, a government services firm with more than 7,000 employees, needed to convert its written Code of Conduct and new U.S. compliance guidelines into practical, scalable training while minimizing lost billable time (nearly 6,000 employees were billable). SRA partnered with SAI Global to create a custom Code course and to source e-learning and compliance content tailored to its global workforce.
SAI Global delivered a blended solution — a customized Code training, full-length Storytorial modules, 3–5 minute Ethical Moments, 5–10 minute Short Takes, and deployment via SAI Global’s LMS — enabling rapid, flexible rollout. By replacing traditional 45‑minute courses with shorter modules and targeted videos, SAI Global helped SRA reach hard-to-reach employees, reinforce key messages, and influence behavioral change across the organization while preserving billable time.
