SAI Global delivered ISO 9001 certification and ongoing audits (supported by account manager Edward Shamrakov), working with SNP Security to map and standardise core processes, move from paper to an electronic system, and implement national document control. As a result, multiple sites were accredited by 2006 (with an additional site certified in 2008), SNP implemented electronic document readiness by mid‑2009 and reported sustained double‑digit growth—more than twice the industry average—alongside measurable operational and administrative improvements.
